These guys are absolute legends. Went in for what was a simple fix but at no fault of theirs or mine the system dumped all of my data. Kids photos, travelling etc. Kieran was kind enough to have a Facebook msg chat with me at 10pm on a Saturday night to re assure my fear and anger that i had lost everything. He even opened the shop out of hours to start the process in retrieving the data back which they did and i am so grateful. Good experience with these guys and i will be for sure going back if i have any issues.
These guys are fantastic! They have assisted me in replacing my tablet battery and port. They were very honest and friendly. I was served by Smurf who was lovely! They also changed things over quite quickly, giving me enough notice and flexibility in picking it back up.
I had my HP laptop repaired and the price was amazingly cheap!!! I went home to pick up another laptop that also needed repairing and the repair bill for that was also very cheap also!!! Great customer service and great staff who are so friendly, helpful and nice! I definitely would recommend Compute Your World to anyone who needs their service. Tried this business out for the first time last week. Fair dinkum professional service from Scott and the guys there. Computer very slow , they diagnosed problem in about two hours and I picked up computer next day. Computer has never run as fast and can recommend this business. Scott the technician explained things to me in lay man's terms and was patient and kind. Excellent competitive prices and value for money.

Dropped my laptop and cracked the screen. took it to other repair shops who told me it would cost $1000+ to repair since it was a 17" screen. CYW where able to do the repair for $350. Very professional, friendly. Recommend to everyone!

We are older and not so computer savvy. The "boys" always greet us as "family" and no list of "things to do" is too long for them. They are patient with us, friendly and always solve our problems. Really affordable and professional service. They replaced my sons iPad screen for $79, far less than we would have paid elsewhere, and they were friendly and got it done that day (my son is very grateful for that!). Will definitely be recommending them for all repairs - wish I had gone to them when my phone screen cracked, would have saved a fortune!
These guys are awesome, very professional expert advice. My computer was diagnosed and found to be running hot. They installed a water cooling system and waived the usual technicians fee which saved me heaps. Very friendly guys you can trust and great value for money. What great people and great service Took in a battery that I had bought. Most places went to would not put the battery in the mob phone because we had not bought it from them . Twice now I have had my iPhone screen replaced through compute your world. On the 1st occasion the price was unbeatable had it done when there was a deal for screen replacements. Very helpful. Spent a lot of time with me trying to explain netflix to me. It worked in the shop but not at home as i am bloody hopeless at this stuff. These guys are so patient. I will be back to have another lesson. Poor buggers.
Finally my computer works properly after another company 'fixed' my computer but it was slow and failed constantly and I had to chase them to get it back. Within 24 hours of taking it in to COMPUTE YOUR WORLD I have it back and it boots up immediately and is back up to speed again.

My laptop was fixed in 20mins, I am not computer savvy and Ryan could have charged me the top price for the problem, I would never have known.
Ryan was honest and showed great character, he was honest with me and fixed it for free as he said it was a quick fix, it was a loose wire.
I already am referring people to him as I am very grateful for the wonderful service.

These guys are legends, went to 4 different shops and no one would touch my phone after i ran over it with my truck. I believe his name is smurf the technician with the glasses had a look at the phone, bent it all back and retrieve all my data. Advise me to buy a phone as he could not guarantee how long it would last. Was more than grateful he got my data back. will definitely come back

These guys are honest, hard working and really have the customer's interests in mind. We went there with a broken laptop that was doing the blue screen of death. While they couldn't fix it in the end, I have no doubt they put in excessive hours to try to fix it, and also to save my previous files. I highly recommend them.

Great service every time I have been in. I won't go anywhere else to get my phone fixed. I have had the screens and batteries replaced on mine and my boys Iphone a few times and it's never any trouble. Recently needed the charging port replaced on my son's Iphone and I had it back the next day. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

The guy that fixed my phone and my sons IPad, was so helpful and so nice. No one else I had come across, explained what needed to be done, in such an awesome and understandable manner. Since then, I have specifically chosen to not get my phone or IPads fixed by anyone else, other than him. I have never had a problem with him nor my phones, or my sons IPad, when he has fixed them. I definately would recommend him for any problems with phone and/or tablets of any kind.
